What is the difference between grass-fed and grain-fed beef?

Grass-fed beef lives on a pasture and consume grass their entire lives. They may also eat forage or silage at a feed yard. Our grain-fed beef will be raised from the ground up on a high quality grain diet, from birth to harvest. 

Are your animals all natural?

Our beef are all natural. They will not receive any antibiotics or growth promoting hormones. 

Are your cows raised on a feed lot?

Our beef are not raised on a feed lot. They are raised in a well maintained dirt pasture with few animals raised together at one time. 

What are the health benefits of beef?

According to Healthline, red meat is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. Beef is high in protein, B12, zinc, creatine, and more other vitamins and minerals. It also is a rich source of iron. 

What are beef offals?

Beef Offals are the organ meats. These organs are nutritious, and delicious. These inner organs are high in nutrients, high in iron, and in most cases contain more nutrients than muscle meats.
